SparCk is a free, open-source web application that helps people connect after networking events. You check into events, select people you spoke with, and get notified when a connection is mutual.
This service is provided as-is, at no cost, with no guarantees of availability, uptime, or fitness for any particular purpose.
You must be at least 18 years old to use SparCk. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information in your profile. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile page, which permanently removes all your data.

You retain ownership of any content you provide (photos, notes, profile information). By using SparCk, you grant us a limited license to display this content to other users as part of the service (e.g. showing your name and photo to event attendees, sharing your contact info with mutual matches).
Notes you write when selecting someone are private and only shared with that person if the connection is mutual.
SparCk integrates with third-party services including Luma, Eventbrite, and Meetup for event data; Supabase for data storage and authentication; Resend for email delivery; and Google for OAuth sign-in. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
SparCk is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for missed connections, failed notifications, or lost data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the maintainers of SparCk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or profits, arising out of your use of the service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. You may stop using SparCk and delete your account at any time.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of SparCk after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email.
